As a lifelong resident of the Salem/Roanoke County area, Bob has learned the area in detail and has the ability to find and market your new home or to sell your present home. His family owned and operated a distribution business in Salem and delivered to stores throughout, VA, W.VA, and N.C. While making these deliveries, Bob began to learn about the area and met many people developing bonds that are still there today. In the early 1970's Bob's family began investing in land buying, building, selling or holding some of the properties for rental or investment. As with his parents he began to personally invest and learned the real estate market first hand. This gives him the unique ability to price, market, and sell your property since he has done these tasks for a number of years. Bob looks forward to meeting new people and assisting in the buying and/or selling process. Bob is personally involved in his community and the lives of his family. He and his wife Sandi are members of the Salem Hosts Lions Club. As a family they have been involved in mission work that has taken them all over the world. Their oldest daughter, legally blind since age 8, spent three weeks in Africa on a mission. Bob and four other adults took his youngest along with 28 other youths to Alaska on a three week mission trip last year. Bob feels this not only gives the children a different perspective but teaches them to appreciate what they have while having compassion for those less fortunate.
